DELICIOUS STREET FOOD

My Kitchen was created at a challenging time, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, during that time it was purely a takeaway, with local people supporting us – to which we are incredibly thankful. We began with just two members of staff and now we are a team of seven. We are happy to help and educate young people, who want to learn basic skills in the culinary sector.

My Kitchen is all about Chef Panchita’s passion. Her experience in cooking and understanding of healthy, fresh food and ingredients are relayed in every dish, vegetarian and vegan inclusive. For her, guest satisfaction is everything. Panchita’s has cooked in many high standard restaurants across the globe including Thailand, Japan & South Korea. She has travelled as a food tourist guide for half of the world.
